Regulated Products & Licensing Policy
SDO Pharma is a business-to-business supplier. We do not sell prescription medicines directly to patients or individual consumers.
Business-to-Business Supply Only
SDO Pharma supplies pharmaceutical products to licensed and authorized business customers — such as pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and other regulated healthcare businesses. We do not sell prescription medicines, or any pharmaceutical product, directly to patients or individual consumers. Any dispensing of prescription-status products to an end patient is the responsibility of the licensed business customer, in accordance with the laws applicable to their jurisdiction.
Licensing Requirements for Regulated Products
Where a product is classified as a prescription or otherwise regulated medicine, SDO Pharma requires the business customer to hold the appropriate licensing and authorization for that product category before any such product can be discussed for supply. This requirement applies regardless of the quantity requested or the nature of the enquiry.
What We Require From Business Customers
- A valid Drug License, pharmacy license, or equivalent authorization appropriate to your business type
- Tax registration documentation, where applicable
- A valid Importer Exporter Code (IEC), for overseas or cross-border clients
Verification Process
Our team reviews submitted business licensing and regulatory documentation as part of the enquiry process described on our How It Works page. Enquiries that do not include the required documentation cannot proceed to fulfilment. Specific verification steps and turnaround times are being finalized and will be confirmed here.
