No. SDO Pharma is a business-to-business pharmaceutical supplier. We supply pharmaceutical products only to licensed and authorized business customers — such as pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and distributors. We do not sell prescription medicines, or any pharmaceutical product, directly to patients or consumers.
We generally ask for your business name, contact details, and a description of your requirement. Depending on the nature of the enquiry, we may also request supporting documentation such as a Drug License, tax registration, or IEC.
Business customers must hold a valid Drug License, pharmacy license, or equivalent authorization appropriate to their business type before we can discuss supply of regulated products. See our Regulated Products Policy for details.
Our team reviews submitted business licensing and regulatory documentation as part of the enquiry process. Detailed verification steps and turnaround times are being finalized and will be published once confirmed.
B2B clients may be required to provide a valid Drug License and applicable tax registration documentation, depending on the engagement.
Overseas clients may be required to provide a valid Importer Exporter Code (IEC) and other applicable import/export documentation, depending on the destination.
